New Layout!

You may have noticed some changes on the site - the most dramatic being the mysterious disappearance of the Services button. Instead of clicking on a button to see what services we have available for your item, now all you have to do is scroll down.

When you click on your item in Things I Own, your item page should now look something like this:

Everything you need is there - just scroll down and click on what you need. Repair info, donation information, downloads, how to report it stolen, how to get a valuation - all the MyThings services we have available.

You'll also seeĀ  the new Add Items optionat the top of the page. Use this to search our product catalog for something you've purchased - just click one button and all its descriptions and photos will automatically be uploaded to your Things I Own page!

Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Been playing around with it today, adding items, editing etc and I have to say I think although the differences aren't huge they are much cleaner and make for a much better interface. Feels a bit more "designed" and integrated whereas before it felt like some of the menus were added on as an afterthought. Definitely much better. It looks better and it seems to be more intuitive to me.

Is that why your response is in a warm yellow colour (sorry color) compared to my cold blue? ;)

Hi Delnshirl - it's not just you. We moved that functionality INSIDE your item. So click into the item you want to get a valuation on, and scroll down. You'll see a little "Value" tab and just submit it from there. Let me know if you have any trouble!

Hi Delnshirl - are you clicking on the green Submit button?

Also, make sure you're using Firefox or Internet Explorer - Safari doesn't like us very much.

Hi Dina. Still not working!! When I click on value, it still is not accepting. If I click on Estimator or Sell on Ebay that accepts but not the value button.
